Redco is proud to announce our newest addition to the TGS line: TGS-QD.
The new TGS-QD cable is very comparable to other quad cables offered by Redco Audio, but at a reduced price.
The TGS-QD is a 4-conductor twisted pair cable designed to minimize EMI and RFI noise interference. The “double balanced” Quad pairing cancels electromagnetically induced noise from SCR dimmer packs, fluorescent lighting ballasts and AC power transformers. The improvement in noise rejection is very noticeable. SCR dimmer noise (stage lighting consoles) for example, is reduced to less than 1/10 the level found in typical 2-conductor microphone cables. Handling noise is considerably reduced by use of cotton filler material.
TGS-QD is designed for use with all hand held microphones but is also excellent for all line-level signals.
