ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'s high capacitiy use Super Horizontal Panel Stage Pockets are the same size as the ACE Full Pockets with Back Box except they provide almost 3X the CONNECTIVITY capacity using a Horizontal Panel Design. The basic construction incorporates 3 sub-assemblies: 1) A unique Trim-Bezel lid assembly with spring loaded hinge pins and hinged cableway slot closure that mounts directly to the Back Box, 2) A set of panel mounting and A.C. barrier isolation raceway brackets, and 3) Super Pocket Body (#BRK102BBX Back Box). The Super Pocket features welded heavy duty steel construction, choice of 3 decorator oven cured powder coat finishes (for the trim-bezel lid assembly), 2 lid choices (Standard Lid (SL) and Carpet Lid (CL)), plus solid brass or stainless steel trim bezel lid assembly finishes. Add a host of stock prefabricated or custom audio, communications, control, data, electric, video, and voice panels and connectors for a complete Stage Pocket System. The in-floor appearance is the same as the Full Pocket. The Super Stage Pocket has the panel capacity for either: • (4) #PNL-100 Series CONNECTRIX Panels or • (4) #PSW-100 Series Switchcraft® Panels or • (2) #PNL-120 Series CONNECTRIX Panels or • (1) #PNL-140 Series CONNECTRIX Panel The Super Stage Pocket has the connector capacity for either: • (24) CONNECTRIX Connectors or • (24) Neutrik® Connectors or • (24) Switchcraft® Connectors or • (25) CONNECTRIX Connectors (using the #PNL-1425 Panel w/ center bar breakout)* All ACE Super Stage Pockets Trim-Bezel Lid assemblies are heavy duty welded steel construction, with a 1/8" (nominally 11 ga. (.120")) thick CRS steel Lid and Mounting Flange. The 14 ga. (.071") thick CRS steel Super Pocket Body Back Box is precision die formed and jig welded. The Super Stage Pocket resists bending under even the most severe stage loads. Removable spring loaded hinge pins permits easy exchange of lids for carpet lids, locking lids, standard lids, and other custom application lids. A generous cable way slot of 3/8" x 8" permits easy cable exit from the stage pocket, even for large gauge cables. A cableway slot closure channel closes the slot when not in use. The Super Stage Pocket has an easy installation into 10" x 10" cutout in the stage floor. Open easy access from top of the Super Stage Pocket to connector panels makes for easy installation. A scratch/wear resistant finish, oven cured powder coat is electro-staticly applied inside and outside the entire trim-bezel lid assembly. Decorator neutral Antique Copper Vein or Textured Black finishes are standard. A Solid Brass Lid and Mounting Flange as well as Solid Stainless Steel Lid and Mounting Flange are also available by special order. The Super Pocket Body Back Box comes with a clear zinc finish (Mil Spec QQ-Z-325E Type I, Class II).
