Selling bulk cabling for as long as we have, you inevitably wind up with a large amount of end cuts, scrap and unused cable lengths that, although very useful, often times don't get used for assembly work here.  As a result, many lengths of bulk cable sit here on our shelves, waiting to be found for assembly or eventually tossed in a bin for recycling.
