The Redco RJ45/(4)MX-01 is a passive unit for receiving up to four audio signals over a single run of CAT5, 5E, 6, 6A, 7 OR 8 cables.

Works in conjunction with the EA-4F or EA-4P-FX-01 Send boxes.

These extremely compact units, together with a roll of CAT 5 cable, use little storage space, are light to transport and can solve dozens of live and/or recording real world sound problems. This passive (no power required) units are bi-directional and can be input directly into analog or digital consoles.

Designed to the highest professional standards this unit has flat frequency response, low THD and residual noise.

It has been factory tested to 1900' over CAT5 using low Z dynamic microphones. Phantom power tested to 850' over shielded cable.
